TIBCO Software Inc. (NASDAQ: TIBX) today announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Spotfire Inc, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $195 million.
Spotfire are a growing, privately held software company situated in Somerville, Mass. and a leader in next-generation business intelligence (BI) software.
