Cost Effective CRM: ZohoCRM

Filed under: Sales and Business Development,Technology — janats @ 1:24 pm

We are often asked about CRM’s for the salesforce, especially for the startup companies that we work with. Salesforce.com immediately comes to mind for them, but can work out quite expensive. There are others of course, SugarCRM, SiebelCRM etc, but the one that we really think that gives value for money is ZohoCRM. You may not have heard of it, but this CRM has most of the features you will ever need, and is currently free for up to 3 users with value for money pricing after that (starting at $12 per user).

There are actually two versions, an on-demand SAAS solution and On-premise edition (supports Linux and Windows) for dedicated in-house deployment.

ZohoCRM supports:

– Marketing activities via the use of campaigns, mass emailings, and fully customizable reports

– Sales Worklow alerts (via email)

– Sales pipeline analysis, competitor analysis, win-loss analysis, sales stage history, and sales forecasting analysis

– Very customizable user interface for setting up organization-wide CRM process (this includes the ability to rename tabs, creating custom fields, modifying page layouts using drag & drop, and much more)

– The UI is AJAX-based and this enhances the end-user experience

– Customizable reports- dashboards with more than 25 reports and Flash-based charts

– The ability to synchronize customer-specific contact information and email messages between Microsoft Outlook(TM) and Zoho CRM using Outlook Plug-in and add-on.

There is so much more that we would urge you to check out this new CRM contender.

For the record we have no affiliation with ZohoCRM
