Information and Consultation

From April 6th 2007 UK businesses with more than 100 employees are required to have formal “information and consultation” arrangements if more than 10% of employees request this.

We recommend pro-actively setting up a consultation forum or at least being prepared. IT can compliment this in setting up an online forum board which can be managed by a forum administrator. We work with open source software to enable this and provide training sessions before handing this off to be managed in-house. Please contact us for more details
